Refund policy
If an order is purchased accidentally or duplicated all refund requests must come to Turbo Tint® of Carrollton within 24 hours of the purchase date. For any reason you need to cancel your order, you will be given a 100% refund if your request is before 24 hours of your appointment. Any refund request after 24 hours of appointment or after missed appointment will not be given.
Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, if your vehicle has an existing aftermarket window tint, there will be additional removal fees, and could also cause your appointment to be rescheduled to allow appropriate removal time.
All refund requests must be directed to Turbo Tint® of Carrollton at 972-440-5005 and in no event will the refund request be directed to the Turbo Tint® Franchisor. All requests will be responded to within five (5) business days
